Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience
• 11+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation.

• Experience leading process reengineering initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
