🔹 Onboarding Governance Framework

🔹 Business Management & Performance
• Ensure onboarding processes support strategic workforce and business objectives.
• Track benefits realization and onboarding value metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement across onboarding lifecycle.
• Conduct onboarding maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 11+ years of experience in Governance, Program Management, Business Management, or Operating Model Design.
• Proven experience designing enterprise onboarding or process governance frameworks.
• Strong background in Project/Program Management within complex organizations.
• Experience working within PMO, Strategy, or Transformation Offices.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
