Job Description – Senior OFSAA/OBIEE Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). The ideal candidate will bring over 11 years of expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and BI solutions, with proven success across full project lifecycles including requirement gathering, configuration, migration, UAT, and post‑production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of OFSAA modules (ALM, FTP, IFRS9, MR, CRM).

• Manage project lifecycles: planning, risk analysis, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for banking and financial clients.

• Configure and customize OFSAA applications to meet client‑specific needs.

• Oversee migration strategies from legacy systems to OFSAA platforms.

• Ensure quality assurance of configurations, data integrity, and compliance standards.

• Deliver product walkthroughs, training sessions, and technical/functional guides for business users.

• Provide go‑live, UAT, and post‑production support ensuring smooth transition and adoption.

• Develop and maintain OBIEE RPD, BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and repository management.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 11+ years of experience in OFSAA ERM (IFRS9, MR, CRM) and EPM (ALM, FTP).

• Strong expertise in OBIEE (RPD, BI Publisher, Dashboards, Analyses, Prompts).

• Proven ability in project management, risk analysis, and issue resolution.

• Hands‑on experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, and solution delivery.

• Skilled in migration strategy, branch rollouts, and post‑production support.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to create technical/functional documentation and conduct training sessions.

• Strong team player with a professional, focused, and hardworking attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with banking and financial clients.

• Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration in large‑scale ERP/BI projects.
