- Strong off-plan sales experience with leading Dubai developers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value transactions
- Experience handling fresh, qualified leads and converting them into sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
