Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & GTM/GTS Leadership
⢠Lead MEA Field Marketing strategy to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
⢠Develop and execute GTM plans and GTS programs tailored to Middle East and Sub Saharan Africa market dynamics.
⢠Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and competitive positioning across MEA.
⢠Ensure marketing programs are aligned with divisional priorities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
MEA Strategic Direction & Playbook for Success
⢠Define, refine, and implement the MEA Strategic Playbook, outlining priorities, growth levers, and market specific actions.
⢠Partner closely with Operations, Planning & Engineering, Network, and Sales to ensure cross functional execution.
⢠Lead strategic forecasting, market analysis, and scenario planning to guide MEA leadership decisions.
People & Performance Leadership
⢠Lead and develop two regional marketing managers (Middle East SSA).
⢠Build a high performing, insights driven field marketing team.
⢠Provide coaching, direction, and performance management to ensure delivery of regional objectives.
Cross Functional Alignment & Influence
⢠Act as the senior marketing interface with MEA leadership teams.
⢠Influence decision making through insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
⢠Represent MEA Marketing in corporate and regional forums.
Research, Insights & Analytics
⢠Lead market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform GTM and strategic direction.
⢠Translate insights into actionable marketing and business recommendations.
Process, Governance & Budget Management
⢠Oversee MEA marketing processes, planning cycles, and reporting frameworks.
⢠Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and cost discipline.
