This individual will be part of the management team leading our Investment and Transaction Advisory practice in the delivery of high-quality services to top-tier public and private sector clients in our practice by bringing his/her advisory expertise to the team. He/she shall provide expertise in project preparation, business case development, investment decisions, market sounding, PPP and JV commercial structures and broader commercial exposure to large Infrastructure projects. This will be in a wide variety of sectors including social infrastructure, transportation (including airports, railway, roads and ports), waste to energy, and water and wastewater.
Requirements
- •Expertise in project preparation
- •Experience in business case development
- •Knowledge of investment decisions
- •Experience in market sounding
- •Proficiency in PPP and JV commercial structures
- •Broad commercial exposure to large Infrastructure projects
