The Senior Manager - Soft Services - Facilities Management at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and governance of all soft services across Qiddiya's assets. Requirements
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
ā¢ Minimum 10 years of experience in soft services management within facilities management, preferably in large-scale mixed-use, entertainment, or leisure sectors.
ā¢ Proven experience managing multiple third-party vendors and service level agreements (SLAs).
ā¢ Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards applicable to soft services.
ā¢ Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
ā¢ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
ā¢ Experience working in the Middle East region is desirable.Benefits
