We are looking for a dynamic leader who can develop comprehensive frameworks that promote skill development, career progression, and talent retention across our diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assessment
• Co-create and manage Qiddiya’s assessment strategy for external recruitment, internal mobility, and Playmaker development.
• Manage the design of assessment campaigns and guide their implementation; ensure HR colleagues understand how to use assessment methods.
• Interpret assessment data to generate meaningful insights for talent decisions
• Manage relationships with vendors of assessment services, plus other talent services
• Skills and Careers
• Lead the design, refinement, and operationalization of Qiddiya’s enterprise skills taxonomy and capability frameworks.
• Define skills in a way that connects to roles, job families, workforce planning, learning pathways, and career progression.
• Design and maintain career pathways across professional, technical, and leadership tracks.
• Ensure frameworks are practical, understood, and used by leaders and Playmakers—not just documented.
• Partner with HRIS and Digital teams to activate and maintain the enterprise skills taxonomy within SuccessFactors and Talent Intelligence Hub, ensuring skills, roles, and career pathways are accurately structured and continuously updated.
• Partner with HRBPs, Workforce Planning, Learning, and business leaders to embed skills into core people processes.
• Continuously refine frameworks based on business needs, emerging skills, and organizational strategy.
• Translate complex skills and career architecture into clear tools, visuals, and guidance for managers and employees.
• Provide 1:1 career support to high potentials and other key staff Requirements
• Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Organizational Psychologist, or equivalent experience
• Approximately 8+ years’ experience in Talent, Assessment, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Proven experience designing and operationalising skills frameworks, career architectures, or job families in complex organizations
• Experience in talent review analysis, report writing, and delivering 1:1 coaching
• Experience supervising or leading small technical teams and managing HR or talent projects
• Deep knowledge of psychometrics, assessment methodologies, and talent analytics
• Advanced analytical and statistical skills, including strong Excel proficiency
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Requirements
