The Senior Manager Projects will be responsible for the detailed planning, organizing, material specification, contractor evaluation, execution, monitoring and project control, ensuring timely and successful delivery of fitout projects (new/ refit/ refresh and rollouts) of moderate to high complexity with shared small to medium sized team from inception to completion. This role will focus on the creation of the project vision and planning documents and manage the implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall project with the expectation of delivering within specified timeframes, in an organized and cost-effective manner within budget and scope, to meet business satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
The role involves coordination with internal departments, consultants, malls, and contractors to ensure technical and quality standards, timelines, budgets, and safety requirements are met.
Requirements
- •Experience in managing fitout projects (new, refit, refresh, and rollouts)
- •Ability to manage small to medium sized teams
- •Experience in material specification and contractor evaluation
- •Strong project control and monitoring skills
- •Ability to coordinate with internal departments, consultants, malls, and contractors
