The Senior Manager – Enterprise Skills Academy & Learning Partner plays a key role in strengthening capability across Qiddiya, with three primary areas of focus.
First, the role serves as the learning partner to Qiddiya Technology (QTech), shaping and delivering skills development across technical, digital, data, AI, and the professional capabilities required for high-performing technology teams.
Second, the role drives the development of digital skills across the wider organization, helping teams adopt technology-enabled ways of working and build the practical capabilities needed to use digital tools effectively in their roles.
Third, the role partners with selected business units and corporate functions to support broader capability building where there are clear business needs, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to performance outcomes and integrated into the wider enterprise learning approach.
It requires someone who is incredibly future focused and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, capability building, and business performance. They will be critical to translating complex needs into practical, high-impact learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Learning Partnership & Advisory
• Act as the main learning partner to QTech, understanding priorities, delivery pressures, and capability gaps.
• Advise and deliver solutions on how technology, digital, data, AI, and the professional skills that support strong tech teams can improve delivery and performance
• Act as a single point of coherence across multiple QTech learning initiatives, reducing duplication and improving visibility and prioritization
• Lead the development of digital skills across the wider organization, helping teams work effectively in a more technology-enabled environment.
• Partner with other business units and corporate functions where there is a clear need to build capability that improves business outcomes.
• Skills & Role‑Based Pathway Development
• dentify priority roles, teams, and workflows where capability uplift (including AI) will materially improve performance.
• Translate business priorities into targeted, contextualised learning pathways — avoiding one‑size‑fits‑all models.
• Enterprise Skills Academy Activation
• Ensure the Enterprise Skills Academy supports both deep specialist capability and the professional and delivery capabilities required for technology teams and digitally enabled functions to perform effectively.
• Put in place a clear learning structure, using the AI-native LXP to as well as other delivery mechanisms such as face to face to bring together programs, pathways, partners, and performance support.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery partners, ensuring solutions are contextualized for Qiddiya environments and integrated into the LXP/LMS ecosystem.
• Partner with Data, AI, and Digital teams to embed responsible AI practices, safe use standards, and contextual AI coaching into the learning approach.
• Governance, Measurement and Continuous Improvement
• Work with Data, AI, and IT governance functions to ensure learning aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
• Define and track success measures focused on behaviour change, improved delivery outcomes, and confidence in role — not attendance or completion.
• Continuously refine learning pathways, academy offering, and engagement models based on performance insights and business feedback.Requirements
• 7+ years’ experience in learning, capability development, digital transformation, or technology‑focused talent roles.
• Proven experience partnering with technology or digitally enabled organizations (IT, Digital, Data, AI, Cloud, Cyber, Engineering).
• Strong understanding of digital and AI-driven capability building, and how skills translate into improved delivery and performance.
• Experience designing or leading learning academies, capability frameworks, or role-based pathways.
• Experience working cross-functionally, ideally including both technical teams and business or corporate functions.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into practical decisions.
