Senior Manager - Development Financial Planning and Analysis (CORS 249)

The Senior Manager – FP&A (Development) will support the financial oversight and performance management of Qiddiya’s development portfolio. This role will focus on financial monitoring of development projects, variance analysis, risk tracking, management reporting, and ensuring alignment between project controls and accounting systems.

The role will play a key part in preparing high-quality management reports, budget submissions, variance analyses, and project financial reviews, while providing actionable insights to senior finance leadership. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline, data integrity, and continuous process improvement across development projects.

• Support financial oversight of capital development projects, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Prepare and consolidate management packs, executive summaries, and budget submissions for review by the Senior Director.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key variances, and provide structured insights with recommended actions.
• Manage monthly reconciliation between project systems and accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Review project schedule updates (Primavera P6) and assess financial impact of risks, delays, and scope changes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support forecasting and planning.
• Standardize reporting templates, KPIs, dashboards, and action trackers across development projects.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Project Controls, and other FP&A teams to ensure process alignment and data consistency.
• Contribute to automation and reporting enhancement initiatives within the Development FP&A function.
• Support internal governance processes related to budget control, forecasting discipline, and financial transparency.
• Provide guidance and coaching to analysts within the team, promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience in Finance
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within a real estate development environment.
• Experience in development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or large capital project environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations is required.
• Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background is advantageous
