Senior Manager - Design- MBS Stadium SPA 252

Qiddiya Investment Company is proud to be part of the development of the iconic MBS Stadium. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Architecture / Design to lead the architectural vision and design of this prestigious stadium project. In this role, you will ensure that the architectural solutions not only meet functional requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure flow of information is occuring, in both directions, to maintain off and onsite programmes
• Oversee/monitor the design teams of contractor and LDC to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Monitor the design interfaces between primary steel frame and facade support to ensure appropriate measures are being taken.
• Review and input into specialist heavy lifting strategies.
• Site presence during heavy lifting activities.
• Monitoring on and off-site progress against the programme, including progression of design.
• Regular visits to manufacturing facilities to ensure agreed methods are being followed and that works are progressing in line with reporting.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 10-15 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on large-scale projects, particularly in stadium or arena design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and successful project executions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred, with an understanding of local culture and design standards.
