The Senior Manager –Data Analysis is a strategic and analytical leader responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through robust business planning, performance management frameworks, KPI governance, and data-driven decision support. The role bridges strategy and operations, translating executive priorities into measurable plans and holding functions accountable to delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the annual and multi-year business planning cycle, coordinating inputs across functions and consolidating into an integrated operational plan.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks, KPIs, OKRs, and balanced scorecards.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and management reporting packs, providing timely and accurate performance insights to senior leadership.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Partner with department heads to set performance targets, monitor progress, and drive corrective actions where required.
• Lead cross-functional planning workshops and strategic review sessions (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Manage the risk and issue escalation process linked to performance delivery.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of planning and performance analysts.
• Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives with structured planning and tracking frameworks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution (preferred).
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in strategy, planning, performance management, or management consulting.
• Prior experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB / Big 4 Strategy) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced modelling).
• Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and business planning processes from the ground up.
