As a Senior Manager of Cost Planning at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial landscape of our ambitious projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive cost plans and ensure they align with project objectives and timelines.
• Manage a team of cost specialists and external consultants in producing accurate cost estimates.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed reports for stakeholders, providing insights into cost performance and budget forecasts.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on cost management strategies across projects.
• Monitor project expenditures and variance analysis, ensuring that corrective actions are taken as necessary.
• Implement best practices in cost planning and provide training to team members.
• Build effective relationships with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive cost planning.Requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in cost planning or quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale development projects.
• Proficient knowledge of cost management software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex cost information to various audiences.
• Professional accreditation from recognized institutions (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is preferred.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or GCC region is a significant advantage.
