Senior Manager â Commercial Analyst

What youâll deliver
â˘You'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Youâll analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
â˘You'll be responsible to design, implement, and manage reporting frameworks to track commercial performance, for all business units within the Commercial Unit, including revenue, profitability, and key business metrics and ensure regular updates are provided to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations
â˘You'll also be responsible to lead and manage strategic projects related to commercial growth, including market entry strategies, pricing analysis, and profitability optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
â˘Youâll develop and maintain concession forecasting models to predict future commercial performance and inform budgeting processes and analyze variances between forecasted and actual performance and provide insights to support financial planning.
⢠In summary, you will be responsible for leading the commercial analytics function within the organization. This involves analyzing business performance, providing actionable insights, and driving strategic decision-making to enhance commercial outcomes. You will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial operations, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to senior leadership.
What you bring
â˘You should be educated to a Bachelor degree level or a field relevant to Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, Commercial planning, or related with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience within Commercial or Retail field, ideally in the Aviation, Airport, Travel & Tourism domains. MBA is preferred.
â˘Youâll have experience in of delivering actionable insights and driving business performance and proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
â˘Youâll have strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake etc.).
â˘Youâll have experience in working in a cross-functional large organisation as well as managing and leading teams, with a focus on mentoring and development.

Requirements
- â˘Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, Commercial planning, or related.
- â˘Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Commercial or Retail, ideally in Aviation, Airport, or Travel Tourism domains.
- â˘Proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- â˘Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake).
- â˘Experience in managing and leading teams.
