Job Overview:

As a Senior Manager Business Development – PRB & PSB at Emirates NBD, your role is to oversee portfolio performance, developing strategies to optimize portfolio growth, and ensure that client portfolios align with their financial goals and risk tolerance. The position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth through effective portfolio management. You will be responsible for carrying out key campaigns/contests to increase Bank’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate strategic business development opportunities for Personal and Priority Banking segments. Design and execute plans to attract and retain high net worth (Priority) clients. Engage NTB clients via leads sourced from Channels, Targeted lists, Employee Banking Team, and ATL/online campaigns with full offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop plans for driving growth. Ensure engagement & alignment with Products, RBS, Branch, Multichannel Banking, Marketing, CIE teams etc. Drive cross sell of Retail Assets, Bancassurance, Investments, and Cards
• Develop and manage end-to-end customer and staff campaigns/contests from ideation to fulfilment. Build and run campaigns targeting ETB and NTB customers
• Implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, including rebalancing, asset/liability allocation, and diversification.
• Support in the annual operating plan, target setting exercise across Segments and Products. Coordinate with Product, Customer Intelligence, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth closure of the Budgets and allocate the same to the frontline in a fair and transparent manner.
• Ensure that all business development activities are managed in accordance with the bank’s risk management policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on BD activities, including key metrics, client feedback, and market trends.Skills and Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in banking or financial services industry with proven leadership in growing an affluent client segment
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in portfolio management, wealth management, or financial planning (e.g., CFA, CMA) are preferred
• Strong understanding of portfolio principles, asset allocation, and risk management.
