We are looking for proven real estate professionals with strong sales performance, client management and investment advisory experience who are ready to grow further in Dubai’s competitive property market.
- Proven experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Strong experience in off-plan and/or secondary market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong investment advisory and client acquisition skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and convert qualified leads
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–65% commission structure
- Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
