• Identify, evaluate, and select influencers using advanced internal tools.
• Negotiate costs and contractual terms with influencers, optimizing budgets.
• Review and provide feedback on influencer-created content to ensure brand alignment.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify influencer content strategically.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, transforming data into success stories.
• Manage and monitor influencer budgets and record consumption in financial systems.
Required skills:
• 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing within an advertising or media agency.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• In-depth knowledge of the Romanian influencer market and social media trends.
• Attention to detail and high standard for content quality.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social analysis tools.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, written and spoken, at an advanced level.
