Senior Full Stack Engineer (GenAI)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications and a strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks from design through delivery.

This role requires an engineer who is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced product engineering environments with minimal supervision. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a "go-getter" attitude, and the ability to take complete ownership of deliverables without requiring frequent follow-ups.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
• Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade solutions across business platforms and enterprise systems.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and AI-assisted coding practices to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
• Follow software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, and CI/CD processes.
• Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables from requirement analysis through production deployment.
• Continuously identify opportunities for engineering improvements and process optimization.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Node.js
• React.js
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• Strong understanding of:
• RESTful API development
• Microservices architecture
• Frontend and backend application design principles
• Software design patterns and best practices
• Hands-on experience developing scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile and modern software development methodologies.

Generative AI Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Cursor
• ChatGPT or similar AI-assisted development platforms
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts for software development.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
