Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer for a major Roads and Bridges project located in Dubai. The Senior Structural Engineer will work under the guidance of the Resident Engineer and the Project Manager and will be responsible for leading the work of a design squad on various types of structures on major roadway projects. Projects include design of new highways and upgrading/rehabilitation of existing roads.

Job Duties

• Make new procedures for QA/QC as applicable for inspections, test plans
• Follow up set inspection for installations and review inspector’s performance on a regular basis.
• Update progress for all assigned works to the project manager to include in his reports
• Review updated records that would form as built records
• Check and coordinate for all assigned services
• Coordinate with Head office (Design) for all material reviews and design queriesQualification

• Bachelors in Structural Engineering
• P.Eng preferredExperience

• Minimum 12 years of experience within similar projectsAdditional Comments

• Middle East experience preferred
