Senior Engineer - Electrical Systems

What you’ll deliver
•You’ll propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives and electrical system enhancements
•You’ll develop and review technical specifications and standards for electrical assets (LV/MV systems, power distribution, control systems)
•You’ll ensure all maintenance strategies and plans are safe, risk-based, and regulatory compliant
•You’ll monitor the performance of electrical systems and ensure high reliability and availability of critical assets.
•You’ll identify causes of electrical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
•You’ll perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major electrical faults and breakdowns
•You’ll ensure effective use of CMMS (Maximo) for maintenance planning, reporting, and asset data management
What you bring
•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Related. Acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience and 3 – 5 years of overall experience
•You’ll have hands-on experience with Maximo CMMS or similar asset management systems.
•You’ll have good understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance).
•You'll have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in fault diagnosis and RCA.

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- •6 months – 3 years of relevant experience
- •3 – 5 years of overall experience
- •Hands-on experience with Maximo CMMS or similar asset management systems
- •Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Experience in fault diagnosis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
