Senior Director-Design

Role Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for design progress across assigned projects.

• Lead and manage in-house design teams and external consultants across various disciplines, including Architecture, Landscape, and Interior Design.

• Identify and engage new designers and studios to introduce fresh design trends and innovative ideas.

• Prepare clear and comprehensive project briefs in close coordination with senior management.

• Manage external consultants and in-house teams through the concept design stage, ensuring alignment with project vision and requirements.

• Lead multi-disciplinary design coordination to ensure integration across all design packages.

• Monitor and control design quality in coordination with technical and on-site construction teams.

• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones in full compliance with project requirements and standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Architecture

Minimum Experience

• 10+ years of experience working with a leading developer or architectural studio

• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple design consultants.

• Strengths in Pre-Concept and Concept Design stages
