Typical Experience / Qualifications
⢠Bachelorās degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
⢠Preferred: Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CTA) or relevant masterās degree.
ā¢5-6 years of transfer pricing experience in a professional services environment.

Job Role and Responsibilities
Technical & Analytical
⢠Leads full workstreams of transfer pricing engagements including functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modelling, and TP documentation.
⢠Reviews benchmarking analyses and technical sections prepared by Associates and Consultants.
⢠Develops TP planning strategies and provides technical input to structuring engagements.
⢠Supports broader international tax work including corporate tax, due diligence, and VAT.
Client Delivery & Project Management
⢠Serves as main dayātoāday contact for client communication and relationship management.
⢠Manages multiājurisdictional projects, coordinating with global offices and consolidating regional deliverables.
⢠Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
⢠Drafts and reviews proposals, reports, and technical memos.
Risk & Quality
⢠Ensures compliance with risk processes across engagements.
⢠Identifies technical or risk issues proactively and escalates appropriately.
⢠Guides junior team members on documentation and risk protocols.
Team Leadership & Internal Responsibilities
⢠Coaches and trains Associates and Consultants, providing structured feedback.
⢠Manages job economics including WIP monitoring, billing, collections, and engagement closure.
⢠Contributes to practice development initiatives including internal training and proposal development.
Relevant Skills and Behaviors
⢠Deep technical knowledge of TP rules, methods, and economic principles.
⢠Strong report writing and communication capability.
⢠Advanced project management skills including managing multiple stakeholders.
⢠Strong analytical, problemāsolving, and attention to detail.
⢠Ability to lead teams and manage delivery across multiple engagements.
Person Specifications
⢠Strong academic record.
⢠Confident communicator with ability to simplify complex concepts.
⢠Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.

Linguistic Skills
⢠Fluent English (written & spoken).
⢠Arabic is an advantage.
