Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading workstreams within consulting engagements, developing analytical insights, and delivering high-quality client outputs. The role works closely with Managers and Engagement Leads to execute project components and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute specific workstreams within consulting projects.
• Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and benchmarking activities.
• Develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable findings.
• Support client meetings through preparation of materials and presentation of findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Contribute to problem-solving and structuring of project approaches.
• Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables in line with consulting standards.
• Support knowledge sharing and development of best practices within the team.
• Assist in identifying additional opportunities within client engagements. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Experience in management consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
