Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our organisation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this strategic role, you will drive commercial excellence and revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies. Drawing on 15+ years of progressive experience, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and deliver transformational business results in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

• Formulate and execute sophisticated commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability optimisation
• Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to identify and capitalise on strategic growth opportunities
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing commercial teams, establishing a culture of excellence and accountability across the function
• Negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial agreements with strategic clients and partners, leveraging extensive deal-making expertise
• Assume full P&L accountability, including strategic budget planning, advanced forecasting, and comprehensive financial performance management
• Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal departments to drive collaborative business outcomes
• Oversee comprehensive contract management and ensure strict compliance with commercial terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
• Champion business development initiatives and identify transformational market opportunities aligned with long-term organisational objectives
• Prepare strategic commercial reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the board
• Collaborate strategically with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial management, sales leadership, or business development within complex organisational environments
• Extensive proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and consistently achieving commercial targets across multiple market cycles
• Demonstrated strategic commercial acumen with deep expertise in analysing market dynamics, competitive positioning, and identifying sustainable growth opportunities
• Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing capabilities with extensive experience managing complex, high-value commercial transactions
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, P&L management, strategic budget forecasting, and commercial financial planning
• Extensive leadership experience building, developing, and mentoring high-performing commercial teams in competitive environments
• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and commercial analytics platforms
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and commercial rigour
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, with capability to influence senior stakeholders
• Substantial experience in the Saudi Arabian market or broader Middle Eastern business environment
• Deep familiarity with relevant industry standards, commercial best practices, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
