Senior Civil Engineer

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage complex civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing project design, implementation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Civil Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor project progress and compliance with standards.
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry codes, and safety standards.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market or similar regional environments is advantageous.
• Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
