Job Description
Endava is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with a strong track record selling IT Professional Services into Banking and Financial Services organisations across Saudi Arabia.
This role focuses on winning new banking clients and developing strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders across the Saudi banking ecosystem.
The successful candidate will bring an established network within regional banks and experience closing large-scale digital engineering and transformation engagements.
Based in Riyadh, this role is primarily responsible for new client acquisition across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while also supporting selected growth opportunities in the United Arab Emirates.
You will introduce Endavaās capabilities across digital engineering, custom software development, cloud transformation, and data platforms, shaping strategic engagements that support banking clients as they modernise technology and deliver new digital capabilities.
This is a pure new business acquisition role focused on enterprise IT services sales. The position is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across Banking and Financial Services organisations in Saudi Arabia
Build and leverage relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Engineering, and Technology Transformation leaders within banks
Position Endavaās capabilities across:

⢠Cloud transformation
⢠Data platforms and analytics
⢠Digital banking and payments solutions
⢠Identify opportunities aligned with major banking technology initiatives including:

Qualifications
⢠8ā12+ years of enterprise sales experience selling IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting solutions
⢠Proven success selling into Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech organisations
⢠Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition within enterprise technology services environments
⢠Established network of senior decision-makers within banks across Saudi Arabia
⢠Experience engaging with CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Technology Strategy leaders
⢠Strong experience selling large-scale IT services engagements or digital transformation programmes ($3Mā$10M+)
⢠Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex professional services engagements
⢠Experience preparing and presenting commercial proposals, business cases, and Statements of Work (SoWs)
⢠Experience selling into regional banks such as Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi National Bank (SNB), Riyad Bank, SABB, Alinma Bank, or similar financial institutions is highly desirable.Target Background

Travel is an integral part of this role. The successful candidate will be expected to travel across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and internationally as required.
Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel during working hours as needed.
