Senior Automation Engineer - Node.js (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and full-stack development. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AI code generation tools and the ability to leverage them to enhance development speed, code quality, and overall engineering efficiency.

This role requires strong backend capability, solid frontend exposure, and a deep understanding of scalable system design. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and React
• Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces
• Integrate and effectively utilize AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features
• Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools and understanding of prompt engineering for coding
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking / Fintech domain
• Exposure to Microservices architecture
• Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience working in Agile environments
