ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and balance/hearing support services and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained Audiologists seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced ENT consultants, audiologists, speech therapists, paediatricians, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric hearing assessments using appropriate audiometric test batteries.
• Perform pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions and other diagnostic hearing assessments according to scope.
• Provide hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting, verification, counselling and follow-up care.
• Support tinnitus management, balance screening and vestibular assessments according to facility scope.
• Assess and manage patients with hearing loss, auditory disorders and communication-related hearing needs.
• Provide paediatric audiology services including hearing screening, assessment and follow-up where applicable.
• Collaborate with ENT consultants, speech therapists, paediatricians and rehabilitation teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid use, device care, communication strategies and long-term hearing management.
• Maintain equipment calibration awareness, accurate clinical documentation, infection control and quality standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

• Recognised degree or master's qualification in Audiology
• Professional audiology registration from home country where applicable
• Experience with diagnostic audiology, hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting

• Eligibility for UAE professional licensing through DHA / DOH / MOH
