Job Description
Warehouse Execution & Inventory
• Execute day-to-day warehouse tasks in the furniture department, including receiving, put away (storing), picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring efficient utilization of storage space.
System Utilization & Reporting
• Execute all inventory transactions and movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain portals.
• Assist in generating basic reports on inventory levels and order status using Excel.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain digital records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
Compliance and Safety
• Strictly adhere to all company policies, quality checks, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
• Report any safety hazards or compliance issues immediately to the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics, preferably in a fast-paced environment (furniture industry experience is a plus).
• Age: Below 35 years old.
• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BBA, Engineering, or similar field) is required.
• WMS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of basic warehouse processes and proficiency in a WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and inventory software.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Preferred Skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, work logically, and apply basic problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience or familiarity with simple reporting tools like Advanced Excel or Power BI.
