- Identify the facility and collateral documentation requirements based on Credit Approvals.
- Prepare facility and collateral documents in line with the bank policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure that all required documents (facility, collateral, and source) have been obtained in line with the credit approval.
- Ensure that all Credit facility documents are perfected and are in order in line with bank’s Policies & Procedures.
- Ensure physical safe custody and digital filling of the perfected documents.
- Carryout annual review of documents and monitor the exceptions in documentation.
- Prepare/generate monitoring & control reports pertaining to collaterals and documentation process workflows
- Carryout special assignments assigned from time to time for system and process enhancements.
Responsibilities

- •Ensure all Credit facility documents are perfected and in order
- •Maintain physical safe custody and digital filing of perfected documents
- •Carry out annual review of documents and monitor documentation exceptions
- •Prepare and generate monitoring control reports for collaterals and documentation workflows
- •Carry out special assignments for system and process enhancements
