Job Description
• Supervise all architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor day-to-day site activities related to architectural finishes and structural interface elements
• Ensure work is executed as per project schedule and approved baseline program
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline engineers (civil, MEP, utilities)
• Inspect architectural works including finishes, cladding, waterproofing, joinery, and façade systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, RTA standards, and quality procedures
• Review and close WIRs (Work Inspection Requests) in a timely manner
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and site observations for non-compliant works
• Verify materials delivered on site are approved and meet project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to architectural works
• Coordinate with design team for resolving technical issues and RFIs
• Ensure proper interface coordination between architectural and structural/MEP works
• Provide technical guidance to site team and contractor when required.
• Track and report site progress against planned schedule
• Highlight delays, risks, and propose corrective actions
• Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings
• Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and site activities.
• Liaise with client representatives (RTA), consultants, and contractors
• Support Resident Engineer in project execution and reporting
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering
• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in buildings projects
• Previous experience in site supervision

Requirements
- •Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering
- •10-15 years of relevant experience
- •Previous experience in buildings projects
- •Previous experience in site supervision
