Key Accountabilities:
ā¢ Own the solution architecture governance and alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles.

Job Context:
ā¢ Build-to-Run Accountability:
ā¢ Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team and Define/maintain targetāstate architectures for content lifecycle platforms.
ā¢ Govern API, metadata, eventing and integration standards.
ā¢ Lead strategic programs: DMS upgrade, Archival modernization, Capture automation, Regional DR.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with UAECB, TDRA, SAMA, PDPL/GDPR.
ā¢ Governance & Operational Efficiency:
ā¢ Adheres to all FAB Security and IT policies and procedures.
ā¢ Leadership & Performance Accountability:
ā¢ Define clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member and the team.
ā¢ Monitor performance through regular reviews and data-driven insights
ā¢ Identify gaps, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans and continuous learning
ā¢ Collaboration & Communication:
ā¢ Must follow Agile, DevOps, ITSM, EA and security governance.
ā¢ Align major architectural decisions and help the team in securing required approvals.
ā¢ Govern vendor technology evaluations.
ā¢ Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards.
ā¢ Adheres to all FAB H&S policies and Procedure as laid out by the Group
Qualifications & Experience:
ā¢ Architecture & Solution Design: 12+ of experience in crafting scalable, secure, and compliant architectures across Enterprise systems.
ā¢ Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Alignment: 10+ years of working with business leaders and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment.
ā¢ SDLC & Service Management Expertise: 10+ years of deep knowledge in software development lifecycle and service operations in complex environments.
ā¢ Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture (AWS/Azure): Minimum 2 years of practical experience in designing cloud-native solutions
Requirements
- ā¢12+ years in scalable, secure, compliant architecture design
- ā¢10+ years stakeholder engagement and governance alignment
- ā¢10+ years SDLC and service management expertise
- ā¢Minimum 2 years cloud infrastructure architecture (AWS/Azure)
