The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design capabilities and extensive experience in managing architectural projects. You will be instrumental in transforming innovative ideas into viable design solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptual and technical design of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee all phases of project development from initial planning through to construction completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with architectural plans.
• Review and approve all project-related documents such as blueprints and specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Stay informed about advancements in architecture and construction technology to enhance design processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with an emphasis on leading significant projects.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
• Outstanding creative design skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
