Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Segment Sales Manager to lead sales in the Smart Infrastructure segment, covering:
• Data Centers
• Airports
• Smart Cities
• Transportation (Metro/Rail)
• Large commercial facilities The role focuses on delivering integrated solutions from Industrial Automation, Software, and Digital Energy divisions to create highly efficient, secure, and sustainable infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business within major infrastructure projects, collaborating with developers, EPC contractors, and government entities.
• Drive adoption of solutions including:
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
• Energy Automation
• Electrical Distribution systems
• Champion Digital Twin and Unified Engineering solutions to streamline design, construction, and operations of smart buildings and facilities.
• Position the company as the preferred partner for energy efficiency and power management in mission-critical environments such as Data Centers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial concept and FEED stages to final project delivery. Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Infrastructure, Building Technology, or Data Center sectors in the GCC.
• Familiarity with BMS, DCIM, and low/medium voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including consultants, main contractors, and end-users.
• Strong solution-selling skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Benefits

Requirements
