Security Supervisor - UAE National

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across gates, patrols, checkpoints, and perimeter areas.

• Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC and company security protocols.

• Lead a team of security officers and oversee shift schedules and deployment.

• Monitor CCTV and security systems to detect and report abnormalities.

• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and escalation to management.

• Coordinate access control for staff, contractors, and visitors.

• Support emergency response, drills, and crisis management activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of security experience, including supervisory roles.

• Experience in oil & gas, industrial, or critical infrastructure preferred.

• Background in police, military, or certified industrial security advantageous.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage emergencies and high-pressure situations.

• Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of security procedures and surveillance systems.

• Excellent judgment, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

• High integrity and professionalism.
