Security Supervisor – UAE National

We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor – UAE National, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising site security operations and ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. The role oversees security officers, manages access control, monitors site security activities, and ensures compliance with company security procedures and emergency response requirements.

Key responsibilities

•
Supervise daily site security operations and guide security officers on assigned duties.

•
Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

•
Monitor patrol coverage, gate security, CCTV observations, and incident response.

•
Investigate and report security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activity.

•
Maintain security logs, shift reports, and incident documentation.

•
Coordinate with site management, HSE, and operations teams on security matters.

•
Support emergency response, evacuation, and crisis management procedures.

•
Conduct regular inspections to ensure security standards are maintained.

•
Escalate serious incidents promptly and recommend corrective actions.

•
Ensure security staff are following company policies, procedures, and discipline standards.

Requirements

•
UAE National only.

•
Previous experience in site security or supervisory security roles is preferred.

•
Strong knowledge of access control, site patrols, incident reporting, and emergency procedures.

•
Ability to lead a small team and manage shift-based operations.

•
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

•
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred skills

•
Experience supervising security teams in industrial, construction, or project site environments.

•
Familiarity with CCTV systems, visitor management, and security logs.

•
Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.

•
Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.

Reporting to
Security Manager / Site Manager / Operations Manager, depending on project structure.

Starting Date: ASAP
