Are you vigilant, disciplined, and committed to ensuring a safe environment? We are looking for a Security Guard who will protect guests, colleagues, and hotel property while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Monitoring hotel premises, entrances, and exits to ensure safety and security.
• Controlling access to the property and checking identification when required.
• Conducting regular patrols of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Responding promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in line with hotel procedures.
• Assisting guests and colleagues during emergencies, evacuations, or safety incidents.
• Reporting and documenting incidents, accidents, and security observations accurately.
• Coordinating with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Enforcing hotel rules, safety regulations, and security protocols professionally.
• Supporting crowd control and event security during functions and peak periods.
What we need from you:
• Previous experience as a Security Guard or Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or large facility.
• Good understanding of safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Calm, alert, and observant with strong judgment skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Security training or certification will be an advantage.
