As a sales support specialist you will be responsible for managing inventories and tracking purchase orders for customers.

As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries
- Track Purchase Order status
- Engage with manufacturing plants to follow up and ensure on-time equipment readiness
- Create and submit sales invoices
- Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning
- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests
- Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis
- Engage with billing team for month closureFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s from an accredited university
- Have a maximum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills
- Be ok to work in Abu Dhabi 2-3 days / week.
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.Work in a way that works for you

Requirements
