Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Person based in Ras Al Khaimah to help identify and secure land opportunities for future projects. You will explore local areas, connect with families and landowners, and use our internal system to report and manage leads.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source land opportunities across Ras Al Khaimah
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and community members
• Conduct field visits and collect accurate data on land ownership and location
• Present opportunities confidently and persuade landowners and stakeholders to engage or collaborate
• Use Namou’s internal system to record and update scouting information
• Work closely with the acquisition and legal teams during negotiations
• Stay updated on market trends and zoning regulations in Ras Al KhaimahRequirements
• Based in Ras Al Khaimah
• Valid UAE driving license (required)
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of local areas, families, and communities
• Comfortable using basic mobile apps or systems (training provided)Benefits
