The eligible Sales Manager should require deep relationships with key hospitals, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate company strategy into operational excellence. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, develop key accounts, and build highperforming teams that support the company’s long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong professional relationships with a minimum of seven key account hospitals in the UAE.

• Develop and execute sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans aligned with financial goals, customer trends, and company objectives.

• Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with high-volume customers to ensure sustainable business growth.

• Lead, coach, and inspire Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account Specialists to achieve operational excellence.

• Effectively communicate company strategy to the field force while providing timely feedback to management.

• Conduct market and client research to identify emerging needs, product trends, and growth opportunities.

• Negotiate annual contracts with key accounts in a way that serves the interests of both stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science (mandatory)

• 5–8 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

• Strong experience managing Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account teams

• Proficiency in CRM applications and MS Office • Strong relationships with UAE hospitals and healthcare authorities

• Proven success in managing key accounts, tenders, and hospital formulary inclusion
