Key Responsibilities

⢠Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with high-volume customers to ensure sustainable business growth.
⢠Lead, coach, and inspire Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account Specialists to achieve operational excellence.
⢠Effectively communicate company strategy to the field force while providing timely feedback to management.
⢠Conduct market and client research to identify emerging needs, product trends, and growth opportunities.
⢠Negotiate annual contracts with key accounts in a way that serves the interests of both stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

⢠5ā8 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
⢠Strong experience managing Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account teams
⢠Proficiency in CRM applications and MS Office ⢠Strong relationships with UAE hospitals and healthcare authorities
⢠Proven success in managing key accounts, tenders, and hospital formulary inclusion
