The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotels neighbourhood story, the story of Dubai creek.

Your Day to Day

As our Sales Manager – Leisure, you’ll drive the energy behind our leisure segment; building bold partnerships across key source markets, from travel agents to tour operators and wholesalers. You’ll spot new opportunities, grow room night production, and position the hotel as a must-experience lifestyle destination in Dubai.

You’ll own and evolve your portfolio; nurturing key accounts while hunting for new business, negotiating smart, and keeping us competitively placed in the market. With a sharp eye on trends, competitor moves, and performance, you’ll shape targeted strategies that boost revenue, occupancy, and brand presence.

Working closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll ensure our offers, pricing, and guest experience feel seamless and distinctly Hotel Indigo. You’ll lead on KPIs that matter; revenue, production, account growth, and market share; while keeping reporting sharp and follow-ups even sharper.

You’ll also bring ideas to life; supporting campaigns, packages, and promotions that connect with modern leisure travellers and reflect our neighbourhood story.

What We Need From You

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a leisure sales role within hospitality. You should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a track record of driving results. You are commercially aware, proactive, and confident in building and maintaining relationships across diverse markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
