Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service and client experience.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
