MF Group (MFG) is a fast-growing fintech company in the UAE focused on auto finance and credit solutions. In partnership with Mawarid Finance, the company is introducing a new-age automotive credit card designed to support customers across the automotive ecosystem — from dealerships to rental providers and insurance partners.

Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and driven Sales Agents to promote and sell an automotive-focused consumer credit card to business partners across the UAE. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role that involves meeting automotive clients, building partnerships, and driving approved card applications.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy being on the ground, closing deals, and earning strong performance-based income.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell automotive credit cards to targeted business partners
• Build relationships with car dealerships, rental companies, and insurance brokers
• Identify new sales opportunities within the automotive network
• Educate partners and customers on card benefits and usage
• Achieve weekly targets based on approved applications
• Maintain consistent field activity and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing

Target Client Segments
• Car rental companies (lease-to-own customers)
• Car dealerships (down payments and accessory purchases)
• Motor insurance brokers (12-month installment payment options)
• Auto marketplaces and related automotive channels

Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed salary offered (based on experience)
• Performance-based commission per approved card (AED 500 – AED 2,000)
• Monthly commission payouts linked to performance
• No cap on earnings — high performers can exceed AED 25,000/month
• Strong growth potential within a fast-scaling fintech environment

Requirements
• UAE sales experience (banking, credit cards, auto loans, insurance, or outdoor sales preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with a commercial approach to selling
• Comfortable with field sales and client visits
• Own car preferred for mobility and field coverage
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
