Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) to join our team. The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business, and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.

• Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts

• Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking

• Handle MICE inquiries (meetings, conferences, events) from lead to conversion

• Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations

• Conduct site inspections and client presentations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in luxury hotel environment or F&B sales

• Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Target-oriented and proactive approach
