This position is based in Jeddah and supports the Western & South Region within Abbott Rapid Diagnostic Division.

Divisional Information

Rapid diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.

Provision of support to:

• Western & South Region (based in Jeddah) sales business through effective execution of sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the Cardiometabolic business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the distributor and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Abbott guidelines and Abbott ethical policies.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations, training, and post-installation support to customers to ensure proper utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute territory sales plans to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, follow-ups, and account reviews.
• Provide ongoing customer support including product installations and training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal and distributor teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience in medical diagnostics sales.
• Experience in the KSA healthcare system (MOH, Private sector).
• Strong communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
• Ability to deliver product training and support product implementation activities.
• Laboratory experience is preferred.Compliance
