Position Overview:

Qualifications:
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
⢠10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the IT solutions or technology sector.
⢠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large sales teams.
⢠Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
⢠Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
⢠Deep understanding of IT products and services (cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management).
⢠Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
⢠Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level deals.
⢠Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Requirements
