Sales Coordinator (Pipeline)

Job purpose: This role is focused on handling Dealer Channel Sales (Nissan, Infiniti and Renault) and Dealer management with continuous expansion of Dealer sales segment

Job responsibilities:

• Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
• Maximize profitability and minimize losses.
• Execute plans and take corrective actions.
• Provide opportunities to the team to improve their skills.
• Regularly contacting existing and new customers via email, phone and social media.
• Making regular market visits for new enquiries and customer acquisitions.
• Sending follow up and introductory emails to existing and new customers.
• Providing end-to-end service to the customers from enquiry level to delivery.
• Coordinating with PDI, Logistics and Shipping companies to ensure the smooth delivery of vehicles
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOP and GIA recommendations.
• Ensuring documentation as per the requirements for Customs Duty and VAT claim
• Updating of lead, customer details in Salesforce and processing the orders
• Coordination with GIT, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams.
• Collecting the market/competitor’s information for internal updates.
• Visiting markets on regular basis to study and collect data for infringement activity and provide report.
• Prepare and share monthly market reports to the Head of the Department.Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree / Diploma / any relevant qualificationWork Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Customs clearance and freight forwarding servicesCompetencies
