Job Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator – Commercial Fuel (B2B) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Commercial Fuel function to ensure effective execution of sales activities and service delivery. The role supports demand forecasting, fuel nominations, delivery coordination, invoicing, and customer service activities, while ensuring compliance with Emarat’s commercial, operational, and financial governance frameworks. The position contributes to sustaining customer relationships, service reliability, and revenue realization within the B2B fuel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and respond to day-to-day operational and on-site customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues in coordination with relevant internal teams.
• Support fuel demand forecasting, nominations, scheduling, and delivery planning to ensure uninterrupted supply to B2B customers.
• Liaise with operations and logistics teams to ensure sites, assets, and delivery schedules are managed in line with agreed commercial terms and service level agreements.
• Coordinate invoicing activities, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the Finance function.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial, operational, and financial records related to B2B fuel transactions and expansion activities.
• Prepare routine reports, summaries, and documentation related to sales coordination, customer activity, and operational performance.
Quality & Excellence Management:
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Emarat’s policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Support service excellence by maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in customer and internal interactions.
• Identify and escalate operational or service risks in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, commercial operations, or downstream fuel / energy-related businesses.
• Demonstrated experience in fuel logistics coordination, demand planning, invoicing, and customer account support is preferred.
• Experience within oil & gas or fuel distribution environments is considered an advantage.
