As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, supporting seamless customer journeys and operational excellence across our retail network.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our BYD team in Sharjah. The role acts as the critical link between the showroom, workshop, registration teams, drivers, and external service providers to ensure vehicles are prepared, documented, and delivered to customers accurately and on time. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth sales operations while ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the delivery process.

What you will do:

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure all vehicles are prepared according to customer specifications.

• Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth vehicle handovers.

• Ensure all vehicle documentation is accurately processed, including registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes, and sales documentation.

• Monitor vehicle preparation activities including cleaning, servicing, and accessory fitment before delivery.

• Support the sales team by providing accurate stock availability information through physical and system inventory checks.

• Coordinate demo vehicle readiness, ensuring vehicles are cleaned, fuelled, and available for customer test drives.

• Maintain accurate records within company systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

• Monitor showroom vehicle displays and ensure they meet BYD and Al-Futtaim standards.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring error-free delivery processes and timely coordination across departments.

About the team:
You will be part of the BYD retail operations team, working closely with Sales Executives, Branch Management, Workshop Operations, Registration Teams, Drivers, and external service providers. The team is committed to delivering a seamless ownership experience while supporting the rapid growth of electric mobility across the UAE.

What equips you for the role:

• High school certificate or equivalent qualification required.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales Coordination, Vehicle Delivery Coordination, or Automotive Operations role.

• Experience within automotive retail, dealerships, or vehicle distribution environments.

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Understanding of vehicle registration and delivery processes within the UAE is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and at different organizational levels.

• Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
