Sales Associate-Next-UAE

The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting the success of the store. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will assist customers with their shopping needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards in line with the brand's values and service expectations.

You will also maintain up-to-date product knowledge, support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy, contribute to achieving sales targets, and ensure that the store environment is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• The ability to carry out manual duties, stand for extended periods, and lift light to medium loads.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards.

• Basic IT and numeracy skills.

• Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
